Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement

  • S&M Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage, scratches, chips, or defects on the vehicle that are present prior to the start of service.
  • We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during the detailing service. Please remove all valuables before your appointment.
  • Pricing is subject to change based on vehicle condition. If the vehicle is significantly dirtier, more neglected, or larger than described, additional fees may apply and will be discussed before service begins.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
  • By booking, you agree to allow our team access to your vehicle for the full duration of the detailing service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition poses a health or safety risk to our team.
  • Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, paint age, and level of neglect. We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or paint imperfections.

Recurring Plans

  • Recurring plans may be paused for one cycle or cancelled at any time with 48 hours notice before the next scheduled appointment.
  • For recurring plans with online payment, your card will be charged automatically 24 hours before each upcoming appointment.
  • If a payment fails, your plan will be paused and both you and our team will be notified immediately.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service for in-person payments. Online payments via Stripe are processed securely. All prices are in USD.
  • A convenience fee of 2.9% + $0.30 applies to online payments to cover processing costs. Pay in person to avoid this fee.
